If you are uninsured, paying out of pocket, or using an out-of-network plan, competitive self-pay pricing is available upon request. We do not publish a fixed online price list because costs vary by test selection and clinical requirements.
No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled services. AccuLabDX provides Good Faith Estimates upon request before testing whenever required. If your final bill is substantially higher than the estimate you received, you may have dispute rights under federal law — contact our billing team and we will walk you through next steps.

How laboratory billing works with AccuLabDX.

We collect your insurance at the time of service.
Your provider or our phlebotomist gathers your insurance details when your sample is taken.

We bill your insurer directly.
You don't pay anything up front. We submit the claim to your plan on your behalf.

You may receive a statement for your portion.
Depending on your plan, you could owe a copay, deductible, or coinsurance, or the cost of any non-covered tests. If you do, we'll send an itemized statement.
